Shipping policy

Vivobarefoot Toronto is a physical retail store. We do not operate as an online or mail-order retailer, and we do not offer general shipping on purchases.

The only exception is our Reservation with Deposit program. If you have a reservation and choose to pay your balance by pay-by-link rather than in person, and you are located within the Greater Toronto Area, we offer free shipping on that order. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days from the date your payment is processed.

Shipping under this program is limited to the GTA. We do not ship outside the GTA and do not offer international shipping. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, the shipping and risk-of-loss terms in Section 5 of our Terms of Service apply.

All other purchases, including all in-store sales, are completed and collected in person at 666 Queen Street West, Toronto in Trinity Bellwoods.
